Return and exchange Policy

Our return and exchange policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging (including labels for yarns), and shipped within five business days of receiving our return authorization. To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at returns@mailleomaille.com.

Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a discount code, excluding shipping costs for the return, which you can apply to your next purchase. This process can take up to 14 days. To use this discount, you must indicate the discount code before finalizing your cart during your next order.

The process is the same if you wish to exchange your product. Simply order your replacement item as soon as you receive your discount code.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Accessories such as knitting needles, hooks, and books.
• Items bought during promotional periods or when they are being discontinued.
• Wound yarns.
