Shipping Policy

The availability of our products is indicated on our site and orders are processed within five working days. For circumstances outside our control, such as a product you select being unavailable when you place your order, an additional delay may apply to your delivery.

Most of our packages are shipped by Canada Post or UPS.  During checkout, the available delivery options are displayed. All deliveries within Canada include a tracking number.

Be sure to enter your address correctly when placing your order. Maille Ô Maille does not cover errors in your address. Contact us immediately at info@mailleomaille.com if you made a mistake when entering your address. If your order is shipped before you realize the address was incorrect, you must contact Canada Post / UPS directly and request that your package be redirected. If a package is returned to us due to an address error or has not been signed for or claimed, we will only refund the cost of the physical items. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

Because of their light weight, strength, and water resistance, most of our parcels are shipped in compostable plastic envelopes.  Please avoid using sharp objects such as scissors to open your parcel, as you may also inadvertently cut the contents.
